How are items shipped?

We use multiple carriers depending on the size and weight of your item.  For smaller items, we ship with FedEx and USPS.  For larger items, we ship through national freight carriers and coordinate pick ups.  We have found these methods to be the most cost effective and successful in arriving undamaged.  If you have a preference for a particular carrier, we will be happy to ship through them by request.

Do I have to pay for customs charges on my orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to shipments outside of the US.  Customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws.  All customs charges will be payable by the customer. For more in depth information, we would suggest contacting your local customs office.

What if I have not received my order?

If an item from your order is yet to arrive, please feel free to contact us at earthenindigo.com for an update on the status of an order.

How can I pay for shipping?

Shipping is paid along with the preview pictures and final invoice once your item is completed and ready to ship.  We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Discover and MasterCard.  We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.  Shipping estimates at time of order may vary with the carrier when item is completed.  Actual rates will apply at time of completion.

Can I make changes to my order before shipping?

Yes.  Changes can be made before the product begins and are subject to additional costs if the product changes size or difficulty in design.  Minor changes can also be made after viewing preview pictures.

What should I do if my item is lost or damaged?

We take every precaution possible to ensure your item arrives undamaged.  If an item is damaged, we will ask for pictures of the box, item and other pertinent information to file a claim with the carrier.  We are not liable for items delivered or freight items signed off at time of delivery so we ask that items are inspected before signing.
